Every product is custom-built to match your specifications and style preferences. Given the unique nature of our offerings, we’ve outlined key information below regarding production times, order policies, returns, and more to help ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

Production & Shipping Timelines

All of our products are handcrafted, not mass-produced. As such, please allow 4–6 weeks for production unless otherwise arranged with a team member. Note that production begins only after full payment has been received.

Online Ordering

Our website includes detailed product descriptions, images, and specifications to help you make informed purchases. Since each item is made to order, we encourage you to carefully review all product details before completing your order.

Missing or Damaged Items

Please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival.

  • If there are missing or damaged components, contact The Rackify within 30 days of delivery.
  • Be sure to document and photograph any issues for prompt assistance.
  • We may be unable to honor claims made after the 30-day window.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

  • You may cancel or make changes to your order within 72 hours of purchase.
  • Changes made after 72 hours may incur a fee.
  • Refunds are only available within the initial 72-hour period after your order is placed.

Lead Times

All production lead times are estimates and will be confirmed upon full payment. A confirmed ship date is only provided once payment is received in full.

Pricing

Pricing is subject to change based on material availability and market fluctuations. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the quote date. Prices for reclaimed or limited-availability materials may fluctuate without notice.

Product Inspection

Please inspect your products before installation.
Installers may not be familiar with how your product is supposed to look. Issues identified post-installation can be costly to fix. Our warranty covers material replacement only—not labor or re-installation costs.

Color & Finish Disclaimer

We use high-quality, standard processes to achieve each product’s finish and texture. However:

  • Natural materials like wood vary in tone, grain, and texture.
  • Samples are representative only and may not reflect all characteristics in your final product.
  • Some materials (especially reclaimed wood) may include marks, nail holes, or natural patina.
  • While we aim to match colors across orders, perfect color consistency is not guaranteed.
