At The Rackify, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

How to Start a Return

Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:

    Reach out to us at support@therackify.com to let us know you’d like to return your order. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
  2. Condition of Returned Items
    All items must be:
    • In new, unused condition
    • Returned in their original packaging, including any manuals, accessories, and inserts
    • Carefully packed in a sealed box suitable for shipping
  3. Shipping Responsibility
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid delays or lost packages.
  4. EU Consumer Protection
    In accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013, customers may submit complaints regarding e-commerce purchases through the official Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

Refunds & Credits

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 10–15 business days for your refund to appear on your account.
